We've used chopped apricots, raisins, mixed peel and a hint of spice to make this heavenly moist versatile cake. Perfect with a coffee or as a warming pudding that works perfectly with a dollop of custard.

Requires: 60ml Milk, 150g Softened Unsalted Butter, 3 large eggs & 50ml Vegetable Oil
